Estimated delivery time is displayed on each of our product pages. Delivery times vary depending on the Manufacturer. Most of the time, a product will ship within 5-10 business days (for certain items, possibly longer). Often times, your order will be shipped sooner than this. Irregular sized and very heavy items sometimes take longer because of the method of delivery (freight/semi-truck) required to ship these items.
Method of delivery:
Smaller, lighter items will be shipped via UPS ground. Items that are large, bulky, or extremely heavy will usually arrive by freight delivery.
Signing for your Shipment:
Important! Count, Open and Inspect entire contents BEFORE signing for the shipment. If the boxes looked damaged, note damaged items and/or shortages on the driver's receipt. REFUSE any damaged goods.
